As independent consultant, Meta Rousseau provides solutions for the development and implementation of effective structured mentorships. Based on more than 15 years experience in Corporate Training and Higher Education, and drawing from Competency-Based Training, Instructional Systems Design, Knowledge Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Meta developed a practical, repeatable Structured Mentoring Process with an associated expandable, customizable Structured Mentoring Toolkit.
